Parent Portal Account Request

Parents can now have access to Schooltool's Parent Portal. Through this you will have access  to your child's attendance, schedule and grades whenever you want from the comfort of your office or home.

If you're interested in using Parent Portal, please fill out the form below. You will receive a follow-up contact to verify your information and to setup your Parent Portal Account. The district is very excited about your participation!

To request a user name and password for Schooltool, send an email to parentportal@hcsk12.org .

The following information must be included in the email:

***Your full name

***Your email address (this will become your username)

***Name and grade of all students attending this school.

***Daytime phone number where you can be reached for verification purposes.

Missing information may cause a delay in processing your request.
